1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how lullvale studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Featee mobile and desktop application (the "App") and related services for international distribution.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address, display name, profile photo (if you upload one), and authentication identifiers from sign-in providers (Apple, Google, or email/password via Firebase Authentication).

2.2 Audio Files and Metadata

When you import or upload audio from your device for AI features, we collect the file name, file size, content hash (SHA-256), duration, and media type. Audio files are temporarily stored on cloud object storage only for the time needed to complete processing, and deleted within 48 hours after the AI task completes or fails. We may retain non-audio task metadata (e.g., task status, credits charged) and derived results (e.g., tempo, key, chords) without retaining the original audio.

2.3 AI Processing Data

When you use analysis, stem separation, chord recognition, or lyric features, we process your audio on our servers and third-party compute providers. We store task status, options you select, and results. Original uploaded audio is deleted per Section 6.

2.4 Payment and Credits

If you purchase credits or subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase, we receive transaction verification data from Apple to grant entitlements and maintain your credit balance. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

2.5 Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, we collect a device identifier, platform (iOS/Android), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you service-related messages.

2.6 Locally Stored Data

The App stores music library metadata, loops, playback settings, theme, and language preferences on your device. This data is not uploaded unless you explicitly use cloud features.

2.7 Usage and Diagnostic Data

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used (e.g., feature usage, session duration, device type, OS version) and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic logs to improve stability. You can limit analytics collection through your device or in-app settings where available.

2.8 Product Feedback

If you submit feedback from the App, we collect the content you provide (category, description, optional contact details, and any attachments), together with diagnostic metadata the App attaches to help us investigate issues (app version and build, platform, distribution channel, language, device model, OS version, and—when you are signed in—a short non-reversible account identifier). Submitting feedback is voluntary; contact details are optional.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the App and your account

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the App:

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not use Aliyun OSS or Volcengine services in the international version of Featee.

5. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate (including Firebase, cloud storage, and RunPod). By using the App, you consent to such transfers where permitted by applicable law. See Section 12 for additional disclosures if you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California.

6. Retention

• Account data (email, profile): retained while your account is active; deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account deletion, except where law requires longer retention (e.g., billing records).
• Uploaded audio files: deleted within 48 hours after the related AI task completes or fails.
• AI task results (metadata and derived outputs in your account): may be retained until you delete them or your account.
• Analytics/Crashlytics data: retained per Google Firebase data retention settings (typically up to 14 months for Analytics).
• Product feedback: retained as long as needed to review and act on your submission, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@lullvale.com. You may also delete your account in the App (Profile). Additional rights for specific regions are in Section 12.

8. Age Rating and Children's Privacy

Featee is rated 4+ on the App Store and may be used by people of various ages for music practice. Local playback and on-device features do not require an account.

If you create an account or use cloud AI features, you represent that you are at least the age of digital consent in your region (13 in the United States under COPPA, 16 in some EU countries, or the applicable age elsewhere), or that you have verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below these thresholds without such consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without consent, contact support@lullvale.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, secure token storage on your device, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified in the App. When we enable new data collection features, we will update this Policy and the App Store privacy labels accordingly.

12. Regional Disclosures

12.1 EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland:

• Legal bases: We process data based on (a) contract performance (providing the App and AI features), (b) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, Analytics/Crashlytics to improve the App), and (c) consent where required (e.g., optional notifications).
• Transfers: We transfer data outside the EEA/UK using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
• Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
• Response time: We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
• No sale of data: We do not sell your personal information.

12.2 California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident:

• Categories collected: Identifiers (email, device ID, short account hash when feedback is submitted while signed in), user content (audio temporarily processed; voluntary feedback text and attachments), commercial information (purchases), internet/network activity (Analytics), and diagnostic data (Crashlytics; app/device metadata attached to feedback).
• Sources: Directly from you, your device, Apple, Firebase, and—when you submit feedback—Tally (form host) with storage in Notion.
• Business purposes: As described in Section 3.
• Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Your rights: Know, delete, correct, and non-discrimination for exercising rights. Submit requests to support@lullvale.com.

12.3 Other regions

Residents of other U.S. states or jurisdictions may have similar access and deletion rights. Contact support@lullvale.com for assistance.
